The planning process starts with a Planning DVD that contains all the necessary documents to help you get started.  Alexander and Trudy are here to help you out and will meet with you one month before your wedding to go over all the details.

They will assist you in figuring out the Order of Events, create a timeline and send them to all the other key wedding vendors such as the venue, caterer, your photographer, videographer and anyone else that needs to know what is going on at the reception.

Whether it's a casual, informal reception or an elegant, formal affair, Alexander and Trudy will meet with you as many times as needed to help you create a timeline that will flow and create a stress free enviroment so you may enjoy your reception.
